MATERIAL: All extruded aluminum 6063-T6.
FINISH: Mapes standard class 2 clear anodized.
DIMENSIONS: 13 ft. total projection at front of curve w/ 9 ft side projections x 23 ft wide with nominal 24 ft. radius on front curve.
FASCIA: 12 inch total height with 8 inch tall “G” style extruded aluminum standard fascia (.125 thick) with 4 inch tall forward offset extruded aluminum fascia extension. Fascia extension is offset the standard 3⁄4 inch but can be more or less for appearance reasons. Fascia on 3 sides.
DECKING: Mapes optional 6 inch wide flat soffit style (.078 thick) 6063-t6 extruded aluminum with decking set at right angles to wall.
POSTS SUPPORTS: Canopy support beam set onto short 6” x 6” extruded alum post risers bolted to cast- in – place concrete support columns.
CANOPY SUPPORT BEAM: Mapes 6 x 10 extruded aluminum open top box beam.
WALL ATTACHMENT: Through bolts into structural wall assembly behind exterior metal paneling. Through bolts and crush sleeves provided by Mapes with lengths as needed.
DRAINAGE: Standard front beam end scupper drainage, field located and installed. (Drainage options included rear gutter and downspouts or: front downspout down a long side concrete columns) * decking was installed with a forward slope to accommodate front drainage methods).
FINISHES ALSO AVAILABLE: Clear anodized. Baked enamel.
