MATERIAL: All extruded aluminum – 6063-T6.
FINISH: Standard 2 coat kynar in “Regal Red”
DIMENSIONS: Canopy pictured: 4 ft projection x 40 ft wide along front fascia arch.
FASCIA: Standard 8 inch tall extruded aluminum “g” style on 4 sides (.125 thick) radius at front of fascia: approx 7ft.
FASCIA NOTE: Both front and back of fascia was customer cured to follow wall arc.
DECKING: Mapes standard 2 3/4 inch style (.078 thick) 6063-T6 extruded aluminum set at right angles to wall.
HANGER RODS: Standard 1 inch diameter powder coated to match canopy finish color.
ESCUTCHEON PLATES AT UPPER HANGER ROD CONNECTION POINTS: Custom galvanized steel tabs and face plates supplied and welded onto interior structural steel framing and projecting out through brick veneer. Tab size: 4 inch tall x 1⁄2 inch thick steel plate w/ 11/16 hole drilled to accept 5/8 inch dia bolt supplied with hanger rods.
WALL ATTACHMENT: Lower connections only: “through bolted” into structural steel load bearing steel tube integrated into window wall system. Through bolts provided by Mapes with lengths as needed.
DRAINAGE: Standard front corner scupper drainage, field located and installed. (Optional downspouts are available).
FINISHES AVAILABLE: Clear anodized. Bronze or white baked enamel.
