MATERIAL: All extruded aluminum 6063-T6.
FINISH: Mapes standard clear anodized.
DIMENSIONS: Forward curved unit shown: length / width of front arc: 32 ft . Canopy projection: 5 ft.
TALL FASCIA: Optional 16 inch tall “c” style bent plate style on 3 sides. The 16 inch fascia is attached to the face of standard “g” style fascia. Integral “g” style fascia/ gutter system used on all 4 sides of canopy. The bent plate “c” style is 1/8” thick plate aluminum w/ 1 ½ inch inward facing legs.
STANDARD FASCIA: Becomes sub fascia and acts as 4 sided perimeter gutter. Standard fascia material: 8 inch tall extruded aluminum “g” style on 4 sides (.125 thick).
STANDARD FASCIA NOTE: The standard 8 inch tall fascia follows the building arc at both the front and back of the canopy and follows the wall face arc at the back.
DECKING: Mapes standard 2 ¾ deep style; 6063- t6 extruded alum (.078 thick), set at right angles to wall.
HANGER RODS: Standard 1 inch diameter powder coated to match canopy finish color.
HANGER ROD CONFIGURATION: 4 rods total – custom “splayed style” to accommodate 2 structural attachment points at wall face while supporting canopy deck at 4 points.
ESCUTCHEON PLATES: Standard 3 inch diameter x ¼ inch thick powder coated to match.
WALL ATTACHMENT: Upper and lower attachment locations: through bolts into structural steel framing behind “efis” exterior insulation and finish system wall face. Through bolts / anchor bolts , including steel compression tubes, provided by Mapes with lengths as required.
DRAINAGE: Mapes standard downspouts at back wall draining into underground leaders. (Standard scuppers are available).
FINISHES AVAILABLE: Clear anodized. Bronze or white baked enamel.
